Who we are

Everykid is a child-health guidance tool that helps parents find calm, trusted answers to common childhood health questions. Our answers are drawn from official UK public health sources including the NHS, NICE, RCPCH, and UKHSA.

What data we collect

When you type a question into Everykid, that question text is sent to our server to generate a response. We do not ask for or store any personally identifiable information — no name, email address, account, or device identifier is collected or retained.

Questions are processed by OpenAI's API to generate a summary from curated source content. OpenAI's own Privacy Policy applies to that processing.

Cookies and advertising

Everykid uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

We do not use analytics tracking or any other cookies beyond those set by Google AdSense. Everykid itself does not store any cookies on your device.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. As Everykid does not collect personally identifiable information, there is typically no data to provide or delete.

Guidance answers may include links to external sources (e.g. NHS.uk, NICE.org.uk). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reading their own privacy policies when following those links.

Children's privacy

Everykid is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last changed. Continued use of Everykid after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
